Here’s how the IAAS.com Super Search powered by Monster.com works. From April 6th to May 3rd, Monster.com will use its proprietary 6Sense™ Semantic Search technology to efficiently comb through the thousands of resumes that are expected to be received for this job. A select group of applicants will then be asked to submit videos and writing samples to a prestigious Advisory Panel including Alicia Keys, her core team of executives and Ted Gilvar, global chief marketing officer for Monster.com. By May, the top 10 candidates will be selected and flown to New York by American Airlines to meet the Advisory Panel in person. The top three candidates will then be sent to London (also by American Airlines) to meet Alicia and tasked with their final assignment: to blog about The Black Ball UK on May 27th, Alicia’s black tie charity event benefiting Keep a Child Alive. The new Head Blogger will be announced on June 25th in New York City.
